| June 10 | Emails are sent to non-Learning Community students with their timeslot and instructions on how to select a room |
| June 11-14 | SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising & Registration) |
| June 14 | Learning Community sign-up priority deadline; unassigned LC students are assigned their room |
| June 14 | Accommodations request priority deadline |
| June 15 | Roommate guarantee deadline |
| June 17-23 | Room Selection for non-Learning Community students |
| July 19-21 | SOAR (Student Orientation & Academic Registration) |
| August 5 | Deadline to sign up for Drop ‘n Go |
| August 6 | Drop ‘n Go (10 am - 5 pm) |
| August 10 | Drop ‘n Go (3 pm - 7 pm) |
| August 17 | Residence halls fall move-in (9 am - 3 pm) |

| January 5 | Residence halls spring semester move-in (12 - 9 pm) |
| January 10 | Open House 3-6pm (tour other buildings) |
| January 16-19 | Room Renewal: Claim Same Room |
| January 22-Feb 9 | Room Renewal: Claim Different Room |
