Residence Hall Rates

All residence hall rooms come with the essentials—desk, chair, closet or wardrobe, dresser, twin XL bed (or full bed for upperclass singles in Nelson) and free basic cable tv and wireless internet. From there, you can make your room feel like home! All residence halls include study, community and floor lounges, kitchenettes, vending machines and laundry rooms. So, do your laundry for free on campus, just provide your own detergent and give your family a laundry break when you go home to visit.

All students living on campus pay the housing rate corresponding to their assigned room type and the meal plan they choose. All rates are subject to change.

  • The chart shows how the rates are bundled based on 4 occupants per apartment unit
  • Residents in partially filled apartments have the option to split rent as a triple or residents can buy out their side of the room as a "double-as-a-single" room type; these both would raise the rate per resident
  • Leases/Contracts are 10-months, from August-May
  • Summer leases/contracts are optional and cover June-July
    • Summer 2020: $2,506/apartment
  • Residents may purchase a meal plan if they wish (August-May)

There is not a prepayment for summer housing; however, a $50 administrative fee may be charged for any contract cancellation that isn't pre-term start.

Students must pay summer housing in full by June 25, 2021. Failure to do so will prevent fall move-in.
