Room Change Request Form

Any students with a housing assignment can request a room change by completing the form below. The Room Change Request form is always available; however, requests are not guaranteed, nor are they responded to immediately. If you have a situation that requires an immediate room change, please call our office 218.477.2118 or the On-Duty Staff 701.238.4506 for assistance. Students interested in making a room change should submit the form by 8 am on Tuesdays. The Housing Office will send out the Approved Room Change via email no later than 12 pm on Wednesday. It is imperative that students check their email as this is how they will be notified. Students will begin moving by 2 pm on Thursday and complete it by 9pm on Sunday.
