I have an extensive practical application of the field of finance both in the area of personal finance, corporate finance and financial institutions. I have taught successfully at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the area of finance and entrepreneurship. Dr. Peter Geib, Professor of international business and management, has earned a post-doctoral fellowship from Yale University in management policy. He holds a PhD from the University of Michigan in political science and foreign policy. His dissertation focuses on trade policy formulation. He has conducted research on transition economies beginning with on-site interviews in China in 1988-1989. In the summers of 1991-1996, he conducted interviews in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. This research on transition economies and their strategic management implication has continued with efforts in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and India. Most recently, Geib conducted teaching and research in Shanghai in the summers of 2013, 2014 and 2017.

He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society for business schools worldwide, as well as of academic communities in marketing-related fields. As a practitioner, he has worked for companies as an analyst, consultant, instructor, and researcher. The companies have included Samsung, LG, and other Korean conglomerates as well as small & medium companies in both South Korea and the USA (e.g., CA, FL, MN, ND, NJ, NY, and PA). His main duties have included market & marketing analysis, behavioral analytics, brand & new product development, and employee education. He is also a certified mentor and subject expert at SCORE affiliated with Small Business Administration (SBA). As a scholar, his foci on research are consumer perception and decision process in the naturalistic given information underlying an ecological perspective (e.g., foraging behavior and heuristics), which represent an infusion of the Darwinian framework in behavioral ecology into marketing fields. Dr. Kim’s research interests cover three topic areas including consumer information foraging, consumer innovativeness and innovation diffusion, and healthcare service consumption, associated with cross-cultural socioeconomics and sociodemographics. His scholarly works have been awarded academic achievements and are found in academic journals, books, and conference proceedings, etc. He has served as a Vice President, editorial review board member and reviewer at the reputed journals as well as a member of the organizing committee at academic conferences. His expertise encompasses the following areas: behavioral theories and analytics, consumer decision process, cultural marketing, healthcare marketing, marketing strategy, and research methodology. Vinod Lall, Ph.D., CSCP is the co-chair and professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the AACSB accredited Paseka School of Business (PSB) at Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) with teaching responsibilities in supply chain management, operations management, prescriptive analytics and project management. Since 2003, he has been involved in delivering a graduate course in logistics and supply chain management to US Navy personnel through the Department of Engineering Management at Old Dominion University. Every Fall Semester, he teaches an Executive MBA course in Operations Management for American University Bulgaria (AUBG) at the Elieff Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Other international teaching assignments at the graduate level have taken Vinod to Ecuador, India and Thailand. Previously, he developed and taught online courses for Kaplan College.com, a division of The Washington Post and has developed online content for several institutions. Vinod’s recent research activities have focused on the application of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for selection decisions and the application of the Six Sigma methodology to services and transactional data. He has an active research agenda and published thirteen peer reviewed journal articles between 2010 and 2019. In August 2006, Vinod earned the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credential by APICS, The American Society for Operations Management. Between 2013 and 2018, he served as a member of the CSCP subcommittee. The subcommittee is responsible for developing and maintaining the CSCP body of knowledge.
