Is the Title IX office open?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Dean of Students and Title IX Offices on campus are only open remotely. Staff are available to meet with students either by telephone, Zoom conferencing, or email.
How do I make a report?
Depending upon the situation there are a number of options to report sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence and/or stalking.
- Immediate need of assistance call 911 or contact Public Safety at 218.477.2449
- Title IX Coordinator through email email@example.com

- Individuals have the option of filing a report electronically and/or anonymously.
What happens with the Title IX reports that are currently being investigated?
The Director of Student Conduct and Resolution will continue conducting investigations. Interviews will conducted through Zoom teleconferencing or some other electronic means.The university remains committed to resolutions of complaints however the timeline may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
What resources are available to students?
The Title IX office will continue to offer supportive and interim measures to students. The ability of the university to offer resources on campus or in the community may be limited. The Title IX office will assist students in identifying supportive resources in the community which they are located.
