The digital age and the development of screen reading software has made it possible for individuals who cannot read or comprehend regular print to access print in various ways, hence the term alternate text format. Alternate text format (ATF) refers to the variety of ways print can be accessed using different formats which may include: Electronic text (E-text), scanned material, digital recordings and Braille.

Complete and submit this form in its entirety. Accessibility Resources will not process your request to obtain this text in alternate format until you have completed the entire form.

Requests for alternative format must be made in a timely manner prior to when the materials are needed.

Requests for BOOKS must be made TWO WEEKS prior to date needed for timely delivery.
