Accounting Scholarships

The Paseka School of Business at MSUM offers a variety of Accounting scholarships for current and incoming students. Scholarships are listed below.

Students can apply for university scholarships through the online scholarship application October 1-February 1.

The scholarship application is now open for academic year 2021-2022 (awards to be used Fall 2022, Spring 2023 and/or Summer 2023). Applicants will be notified during the Spring 2022 semester.

This Scholarship is awarded to students who are involved in MSUM's Accounting Club. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

Students whose major is in Accounting.

Returning students, attach a copy of your current transcript or DARS (both available on eServices for MSUM students).

New incoming students, no additional information is needed.

This Scholarship is awarded to students who are majoring in Accounting. Preference will be given to students who are from rural Minnesota or rural North Dakota areas. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Accounting. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

 

This Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who are juniors or higher and Paseka School of Business majors. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who are majoring in Accounting. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to an upperclass student who is majoring in any field of business. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

Full-time Paseka School of Business majors.

Students majoring in Accounting.

Attach a copy of your current transcript or DARS (both available on eServices for MSUM students).

This Scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate financial need and scholastic achievement. Preference will be given to students majoring or minoring in Business and/or Economic programs. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to full-time, incoming freshman students who plan to study in the School of Business with a high probability of success (indicated by ACT score). 

No additional requirements are needed. 

 

This Scholarship is awarded to full-time students who are enrolled in the Paseka School of Business. Students may or may not be an incoming freshman.

No additional requirements are needed.

 

This Scholarship is awarded to a full-time, junior or senior student who has declared a major in the School of Business. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to students who are pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

No additional requirements are needed.

This Scholarship is awarded to upperclass students who are Finance majors and have a GPA of 3.3 or higher. 

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to students who are majoring in Accounting. Preference is given to students whose home is within the Mid-State Chapter Region (Detroit Lakes, Bemidji, Fergus Falls, Alexandria, Brainerd, Thief River Falls, Hutchinson and Litchfield).

No additional requirements are needed. 

This Scholarship is awarded to full-time, junior or senior students who are majoring in Accounting, demonstrate financial need, and have a GPA of 3.25 or higher. Preference will be given to students who intend to sit for the CPA exam. 

Attach a short statement indicating you intend to sit for the CPA exam.

Students whose major is in the Paseka School of Business.

Students admitted to the Paseka School of Business who are in good academic standing.

This Scholarship is awarded to full-time, junior or senior students who are majoring in a degree offered by the School of Business.
