Teacher Education Tier 4 Licensure

If you would like to apply for a Tier 4 license and ARE NOT adding an additional license or endorsement, please follow the Renew My License directions on PELSB's website.

If you are interested in adding a Special Education license to an existing license you must meet Selection and Retention into Teacher Education (SARTE) requirements.

In addtion to meeting admission and coursework requirements, candidates will need to meet all state teacher licensure requirements in order to apply for teaching licensure in Minnesota.
