Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is the only degree offered in the Minnesota State system. The program is designed for early to mid-careerists working in the healthcare field, whether you are seeking to advance within your organization or market yourself for future positions in the industry. The interdisciplinary program develops your strategic and analytical skills as an organizational leader to effectively and dynamically improve the delivery, organization and management of services within a variety of diverse healthcare environments. Now being offered with an optional emphasis in Long Term Care.

The 26 program competencies are classified under five major domains: Leadership; Professionalism; Communication and Relationship Building; Knowledge of the Healthcare Environment; and Business Skills. These domains align with the mission, vision and values of the MHA program.
