Executive Director of Campus & Community Relations
Minnesota State Moorhead seeks a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Executive Director of Campus and Community Relations to serve as a key advisor to the President and a leader in advancing the University’s institutional priorities. Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Director is a member of the President’s Cabinet and senior leadership team, providing vision and coordination that aligns campus initiatives, strengthens community partnerships, and enhances regional engagement. This role plays a central part in advancing Moorhead’s mission by fostering meaningful connections across the University and with external stakeholders, while ensuring that high-impact initiatives are effectively developed, executed, and sustained.
Members of the campus community are invited to engage in the search process by attending open forum sessions with each finalist. These forums provide an opportunity to learn about the candidates’ experience, hear their vision for advancing campus and community engagement, and participate in a question-and-answer dialogue. In-person attendance is encouraged; however, a Zoom option will be available to support broader participation. Following each session, attendees will be invited to provide feedback to help inform the University’s selection process. Please note that open forums will not be recorded.
