Reflection: Before the Experience

Before you begin your experiential learning, take a few minutes to reflect on where you're starting from. This reflection will help you realize which skills you will develop through experiential learning.

This reflection has two parts:

  • Part 1: Self-Evaluation, where you'll rate your current confidence and skill level across the Dragon Power Skills, and
  • Part 2: Looking Ahead, where you'll think about what kinds of situations you might encounter at your experiential learning and identify resources you have to support you.

Individuals associated with your experiential learning, such as your course instructor or your student employment supervisor, may ask you to share your results with them. At the end of the survey there will be an opportunity for you to have your responses emailed to yourself. You can then share that email as needed.
