Resources & Support

Finding the right support can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to figure it out on your own. This page connects you with campus and community resources, and introduces services that can help you navigate your options. Our Case Manager/Navigator is here to help you understand what’s available and get connected to the support you need.

What Do Case Managers Do?

Case Managers help students navigate challenges that may impact their well-being or academic success, including mental health concerns, relationship or family stress, housing or food insecurity, and other life challenges.

Through support, advocacy, and resource connection, Case Managers help students identify needs, overcome barriers, and get connected to the right services so they can move forward and reach their goals.
