Operations managers manage people, projects and processes, directing the physical and/or technical functions of an organization, particularly those relating to service management, product development, production and manufacturing. You will generally be involved in directing work flow, plant management, manufacturing and production systems, production control, employee management, strategic manufacturing policy, productivity analysis, cost control and materials planning.
