The Director of Human Resources serves as the coordinator for requests for reasonable accommodations and works with employees, with qualifying disabilities, who may need some type of reasonable accommodation to be successful in their work assignment. Accommodations may be individualized or flexible as needed, based on the nature of the disability, the environment, the resources or equipment available, barriers, or other factors.
