MSUM’s MBA program was nationally ranked in the 2018 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs list. Additionally, our MBA program is significantly more affordable than Minnesota private colleges, private for-profits or University of Minnesota campuses. It was named in Top Management Degree's Top 50 Most Affordable Online MBA Programs 2017 article, “…bundling this great value in a flexible format that allows students to join on-campus classes electronically.”
Some courses are fully online, some are hybrid, meaning they meet face-to-face a limited number (two to four) times per semester, and some courses meet face-to-face. However, all face-to-face meetings can also be accessed online. If you prefer face-to-face contact with colleagues and professors, this gives you the option to take the program how you want it, giving you the best of both worlds.
You can start taking classes in the fall or spring. With rolling admission, you can also take up to nine credits before being formally accepted to the program, helping you to gain confidence in your enrollment decision.
Unlike many other MBA programs, MSUM does not require a specific undergraduate major or undergraduate course prerequisites for admission. That means you can start work on your master’s degree without the delay of having to take additional undergraduate courses.
