This community provides Speech Language Hearing Science majors with the opportunities to connect with faculty and other students who are not directly in the learning community, interact with the greater SLP and general F-M communities, and be part of the activities of MSUM Chapter of the National Student Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
We offer various Learning Communities that fit your interests and will help you achieve your goals. While most Learning Communities require you to have a declared major that is consistent with the community, we do offer several themed communities open to undeclared or students of any major.

You should live in this community if you are interested in exploring your personal identity and looking to help create and support an equitable society. The Rainbow Dragon LC reflects the diverse world in which we live by providing students of any major or class level opportunities to meaningfully discuss gender and sexuality. Students will live in a supportive environment and learn about the connections between diverse LGBT+ identities and social justice with LGBT+ and allied peers, faculty, and staff.
