The Minnesota State Moorhead Oceanarium is an interactive, investigative marine laboratory open to the Moorhead community, college students, and researchers. The facility features more than 50 species of sea life and is a significant asset to those looking to learn more about biology. From handling horseshoe crabs to getting up close and personal with stingrays, the Oceanarium offers an unmatched educational experience.

NOTE: Due to restructuring, the Oceanarium will tentatively be closed for tours or open hours until mid to late October 2026. However, you can still schedule tours to get your spot in line!
