Student Enrollment & Degree Verification

The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) is MSUM’s authorized agent for providing enrollment and degree verifications for former and current students. The NSC is a secure site providing 24/7 access to student enrollment information. Enrollment certificates can be printed on demand.

Numerous agencies and institutions may wish to verify that you are or have been a student at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Further, they may wish to know whether you are or were full-time, or if you have graduated. All enrollment and degree verifications must be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Car Insurance Verifications

All car insurance verifications must be processed by the Registrar’s Office because GPA is included. Please provide the form to our office to complete.

Loan Deferments

If you have a request for deferment form that needs the signature of an authorized official and seal of the university, please provide the form to our office to complete.
