Dragon Welcome Week Involvement
We are excited to welcome student organizations, campus departments, and members of the Fargo/Moorhead community to participate in Minnesota State University Moorhead's 2023 Dragon Welcome Week, August 17-20!
Dragon Welcome Week is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization to students and encourage potential participants to get involved.
There are various ways your organization can participate in Dragon Welcome Week! Please review the following opportunities and complete our form to get involved.
- Welcome Week Packets - Your organization can supply promotional materials/coupons to be distributed to students through our Welcome Packets given to new students. Materials should be delivered to MSUM's Comstock Memorial Union, room 113, by August 11th.
- Donations - Providing donations for event prizes and giveaways is another great way to participate in Dragon Welcome Week!
- Moorhead Tour - We are seeking community partners to participate in our Moorhead Tour. Please let us know if you are interested in getting involved!
- Student Organization Extravaganza - Would you like to connect with students in-person? Sign up for our Student Org Extravaganza, taking place on August 19th from 11am-2pm. The event is held outside MSUM's residence halls and is a great opportunity to introduce your organization to students. We will supply a six-foot table and two chairs for each booth. Available space is first-come-first-served, so sign up soon!
