The Ed.D. in Educational Leadership will prepare you to make a meaningful impact in your P-12 school, district, college or university or other educational organization. You will acquire leadership skills, specialized knowledge and innovative techniques to be an educational leader committed to ongoing inquiry and innovation around challenges in professional educational leadership practice.

All of our Ed.D. students work full time, but many find the degree to be the catalyst for career advancement with their current employer or the impetus for higher level positions in other organizations.

Doctorally prepared Educational Leadership graduates are well-equipped for high-level administrative and leadership positions throughout the region. With advanced skills and experience, graduates may lead independent schools, charter schools, public schools and school districts; serve as presidents, provosts deans or professors in colleges and universities; or lead academic and student affairs efforts in higher education; or lead within select corporate settings.
