Hi, I'm Audrey and I work with transfer students pursuing a degree in the College of Business, Analytics & Communication. As the Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions, I support our Transfer Admissions team and work directly with students transferring or seeking a second undergraduate degree throughout the admissions process and support them in the transition to attend MSUM! I am a graduate of MSUM's Counseling and Student Affairs Master's program. I see Dragon Pride on campus through the diligence and commitment our students have to their education and one another. I think the community that develops on campus is astounding and I am so proud that I am able to represent that to our future students!

Ralf holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and International Business from Carthage College and a degree as "Bankkaufmann" in his native Germany. He currently teaches The Legal Environment of Business (ACCT 280), Contracts and Business Entities (ACCT 306), Commercial Transactions and Special Topics (ACCT 407/507), Start Your Own Business (ENTR/MGMT 229), Personal Finance (FINC 345) and First Year Experience (FYE 101) online and in traditional settings at the Paseka School. He has also taught classes in business ethics, government regulation and law in international business. He is a faculty advisor for MSUM’s Collegiate DECA chapter and offers faculty-led student experiences to Germany. Ralf has significant business experience in developing domestic and international business in the ERP, Cloud and healthcare industries. He is a licensed attorney and has worked in global executive and management positions with SNP Americas, Velocity Technology Solutions, Intelligent InSites, SAP Societas Europaea and Great Plains Software in the United States and Germany. He is a hobby blacksmith and avid traveler and likes to read and write. His most recent publications, "When in Rome (or Manila)…" and "The Chairman’s Jokes", discuss business, legal, HR and ethical issues in the international environment. Ralf’s teaching philosophy is: “Keep it simple, keep it real and make it relevant for the students”.
