All New Entering Freshman (NEF) as well as any student who received a high school diploma on January 2015 or later, including those students who transferred to MSU Moorhead in the Spring Term after attending one semester at another institution, are required to live on campus their first year.

Minnesota State Moorhead's Professional Management Department aims to weave three common threads throughout the curriculum: solid technological skills that are flexible, instinctive and adaptable; analytical and thoughtful problem solving abilities with an aptitude to think globally and futuristically; and strong interpersonal skills to manage and support a team-oriented, project-driven environment.
