Instructions for Creating an Automatic Class List Serve
1.    
Navigate to   https://appserv.mnstate.edu/course_evaluation/admin

2.     Log into the system by supplying your dragon ID number and pin.

3.     Click the ‘Email Distribution List’ link on the left side of the page.

4.     Select a class from the displayed list of classes you are instructing for the current and next semester for this academic year.

5.     Wait for the server to populate a mailing list with the students from the selected class. Larger classes will take longer.

6.     Click the ‘Return to Course Specific Applications’ link at the bottom to return and make another list for another class. You may also close the window or navigate elsewhere to end the session.

7.     Each member of the list will get a welcome message indicating what the list name is and that they have been placed on the list at their instructors request.

**NOTE**

If you are making the distribution list for somebody else, the system will re-direct you at step # 2 and give you a list of professors you have permission to create list for. After selecting a professor you will be redirected to Step #3.
