    The MSUM Russell & Ann Gerdin Wellness Center offers a variety of fitness on demand classes. Fitness on demand are programmed class are shown on a screen with no in-person instructor.

    Get in a quick rejuvenating and relaxing yoga session in this 22 minute class.

    Develop control, strength, and endurance with this quick, 22 minute intro class.

    Combine basic kick boxing moves with interval training in this 34 minutes class to improve your aerobic fitness.

    Whether you are looking for a long ride (60 minutes) through Kansas, The Rocky Mountains, Scotland, Florida, or France... a quick 12 minute HIIT ride or just an easy 60 minute class with todays HITS (revolution 31) these classes are for you.
