Dragons, hi. We see you. We know this is an uncertain, upsetting time. And we know you're looking for information and resources for many areas of your life. We pulled together a few resources to help you manage the stress and anxiety produced by what's happening around us.

Academic Support from MSUM: The Academic Support Center (ASC) is open from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday or you can call or email. You can also look at their tips for successful online learning and their resource for MSUM students' questions about online learning during the COVID-19 disruption. Tutoring has also moved online, get the details here.

Career Development Center at MSUM: Online appointments and resources are available for MSUM Students and Alumni. Visit the website or check the social media feeds for information, resources, and virtual opportunities (Twitter or Instagram or Facebook)

Learn to Live Online Offerings: All MSUM students can enroll for free in any of the interactive programs: Social Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Substance Use or Stress, Anxiety & Worry. We encourage you to take a quick assessment to find out if any of these challenges are impacting your life. For free access, visit the site and enter the code MSUM.

United Healthcare is offering an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT HELP LINE FOR ALL STUDENTS through one of their subsidiary companies called Optum.  Their toll-free help line number, 866-342-6892, will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for as long as necessary and the service is free of charge and open to any MSUM student. Students can have access to specially trained mental health specialists to support them if they feel they are experiencing anxiety or stress related to the recent developments around COVID-19.
