    Major and/or Minor Change Form

It is important to review your audit carefully once a semester to ensure it represents what you are expecting in terms of graduation planning and degree completion. Questions concerning your audit report can be addressed by your academic advisor or the Registrar’s Office.

Students also have the option of running a ‘What-If’ audit. With a What-If audit, you can choose a program (other than your current program you have declared) to see how your courses may be applied.

To view your What-If degree audit report:

    • Log in to eServices with your StarID and password
    • From the left-hand menu, select ‘Academic Records’
    • Select ‘Degree Audit Portal’
    • Click on link that states ‘Click here to access Degree Audit Self-Service’ and login again with your StarID and password
    • Once you log into the portal, you can run your declared major or create a What-If audit
