Psychology Scholarships

  • MSUM offers Psychology scholarships for current and incoming students. Scholarships are listed below. Students can also apply for general university scholarships through the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office.

    The Diana Divecha Award for Developmental Science
    This award is given annually to recognize an undergraduate Psychology student who has achieved excellence in the study of developmental science. The award was established in 2011 to honor MSUM Psychology Alumna Dr. Diana Divecha for her commitment to and support of developmental psychology research. The award includes a plaque and $1,000 in funding to support developmental psychology research and related activities.

    The Psychology Junior/Senior Research Awards
    A maximum of two awards will be given to undergraduate Psychology students at the Senior or Junior level who have demonstrated excellence in research activity. The awards include a plaque and $250 (Senior Award) or $150 (Junior Award) in funding to support psychology research and related activities.

    The Psychology Junior/Senior Departmental Awards
    A maximum of two awards will be given to undergraduate Psychology students at the Senior or Junior level who have demonstrated excellence in overall academic achievement and commitment to the field of Psychology. The awards include a plaque and $250 (Senior Award) or $150 (Junior Award) in funding to support academic, service, or leadership activities related to Psychology.
