Participants will engage with the presenter and each other in identifying and breaking down the barriers and challenges that impede our communication, both internal and external.

Groups
Both groups and individuals can benefit from the content that is offered in this workshop. Throughout the day, participants will be asked to think about the culture of their libraries, so having multiple perspectives from each library will enhance our discussions and activities.

Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

Sessions will be recorded for later viewing.
