Due to changes with Adobe changing to a “Named User Deployment” model, there will be some changes to the way faculty, staff, and students use Creative Cloud products. The deployment changes apply to Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite 2019 or newer.
Adobe software will be available for self-service install on MSUM provided Windows computers through the Software Center and through the MSUM Self Service app on Macs.
How do I log into Adobe?
- When first launching Adobe software after the install, you will be prompted to sign-in with your Adobe ID.
- Enter your MSUM email address (employees: email@example.com, or students: firstname.lastname@example.org) and press the Tab key.
- When prompted, select Enterprise ID.
- This will open another login prompt for you to enter your StarID and password before you can use the software.
NOTE: MSUM Computer labs will also require your Adobe login to use the software. Enterprise IDs or personal Adobe accounts will both work.
