  • In order to participate in the room sign-up process you must be a CURRENT resident and complete the upcoming school year Housing and Dining Contract; including approve the contract terms with your signature and make the required $50 prepayment.

    The Room Sign-Up process for 2017-2018 academic year opens January 1, 2017.

    January 18-20

    FILL JOHN NEUMAIER APARTMENTS
    Open to all students with at least 24 credits. Must participate in the lottery process by January 18.

    January 16-24

    SAME ROOM SELECTION
    I want to stay in my current room.

    January 23-25

    FILL HOLMQUIST SUITES
    Open to all students. Must participate in the lottery process by January 23.

    January 26

    DISPLACED STUDENTS SELECTION
    I was notified that I can’t stay in my same room and I want to live on campus again. Note: this is a first come, first served basis.

    January 31-February 2

    SINGLE ROOM SELECTION
    I want to live in a room by myself. Must participate in the lottery process by January 31.

    February 2-28

    DIFFERENT ROOM SELECTION
    I want to move to a new space on campus. Note: this is a first come, first served basis.
