    Ph.D., LPC, NCC, NCSC; Lisa brings eight years of being a licensed school counselor in a variety of K-12 public educational settings to her role as the chair of School of Social Work and Counseling & Student Affairs Program at MSUM. Lisa was also trained in Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) and Response to Intervention (RtI) and defined the role of the school counselor within each of these systems. Lisa is a Ph.D. graduate in human development emphasis in Counseling Education & Supervision from North Dakota State University, CACREP accredited program. She is a Licensed Professional Counseling in Minnesota, National Certified Counselor, National Certified School Counselor, member and faculty advisor of Chi Sigma Alpha, Academic & Leadership Honor Society, and Chi Sigma Iota, Academic & Professional Honor Society International.

    Annette Kleinkauf Morrow, Ph.D. specializes in Ancient and Medieval European History. Her research interests include Ancient Rome, the Medieval World, Church History, and Gender History. She grew up in Texas and received her BA in History from Texas Tech University. She earned her MA and Ph.D. from University of Arkansas. Dr. Morrow teaches in the History Program, in the Women’s and Gender Studies Program, and in the Honors Program. She has led the Eurospring program, and has led numerous student tours to Italy, Turkey, and Macedonia. If you are interested in a study-abroad course, just ask.

    David Paul, Ph.D., NCC, is the Program Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator of the Counseling and Student Affairs program at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Dr. Paul has several years of administrative, supervision, teaching and clinical experience in higher education. He was the Clinical Services Manager in the Adrian Dominican School of Education, Counseling Department at Barry University. He also served the full-time and interim positions of Academic Dean, and Chairperson for the Health Sciences & Related Studies Department at the Medical Center Campus of Miami Dade College. Additional positions at MDC included Dean of Administrative Services & Student Services, Director of the Biotechnology Program, and Director of ACCESS & Career Services. Dr. Paul was instrumental in establishing and developing the curricula for baccalaureate, associate and certificate degree programs in Nursing, Biotechnology and Health Sciences. In addition, he has helped the college strengthen industry relations and outreach in the community. Dr. Paul served as the Vice President for Care Resource, Inc. in South Florida. Prior to relocating to Miami, Florida, he worked for the State University of New York system in Career & Counseling Services. Dr. Paul has a Master’s degree from the department of Counseling & Educational Psychology at the University of Buffalo in New York. David completed a PhD. in Counseling Education and Supervision at Barry University located in Miami Shores, Florida. He also completed the requirements becoming a National Certified Counselor from the National Board for Certified Counselors and was admitted to memberships in Delta Epsilon Iota, Academic & Leadership Honor Society, and Chi Sigma Iota, Academic & Professional Honor Society International.

I received my Ph.D. In School Psychology from the University of Oregon and I am interested in early literacy and language development and developing multi-tiered systems of support for children in schools and preschools.
