Wash Your Hands, Dragons

Remember learning in kindergarten to wash your hands before you eat? Well, it’s never been more true!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, handwashing is more important than ever. One of the primary ways to prevent the spread of coronavirus or any germs for that matter, is to wash your hands often (when you arrive on campus, after using the restroom, before and after eating, etc.) with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Remember: Don’t touch your face.

If soap and water aren’t available, you can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol. Hand sanitizer will also be available in common areas outside classrooms and in offices. Remember: Don’t touch your face.

Watch for signage around campus reminding you to take these important precautions to prevent the spread of disease.

We have faith that our Dragon family will do what’s needed to keep one another safe. We are relying on you to abide by handwashing etiquette guidelines.
