Who can reserve space in the student union?
MSUM staff and faculty can reserve space for any campus-related need.
MSUM Student Organizations can reserve space for events, meetings, advertising space, and more!
Off-campus groups and the general public can also reserve space in the student union for events not related to MSUM.
When should I make a reservation?
Now! You can reserve space today online or by phone. The student union is a busy place, so space tends to fill up quickly. The sooner you start planning, the better off you’ll be.
How do I reserve space in the student union?
Contact Event Services to make a reservation anytime by calling 218.477.2261 or you can use our online system to request a room. (Note: you must be using the MSUM network to use Virtual EMS and will need a Star ID to log in.)
