    When Construction Management program graduates enter the workforce, employers state they are very well-prepared from an academic/curriculum standpoint. In addition, MSUM CM graduates are exposed to a variety of learning opportunities beyond the classroom that help round out the educational experience of the student. Students are required to complete specified professional growth and social networking activities throughout their academic experience. These activities allow students to interact with construction industry professionals through the internship requirement, volunteer activities, student competitions, and several other experiences. CM program graduates are in high demand and should expect an average starting salary of between $55K and $60K per year with a job placement rate approaching 100%. Students who earn their CM B.S. degree are confident young professionals who will immediately to contribute to community and society.
