The MSUM Early Education Center serves children ages 16 months to 6 years with active learning experiences to encourage language skills, independence, and physical and emotional development in a secure environment.
An educationally-based program with planned experiences is designed to meet each child’s needs. Independence, problem solving, creativity, social skills, and emotional, physical and intellectual growth are all encouraged through varying activities.
Nutritious meals including breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided following the guidelines of the USDA Child Care Food Program.
“In the operation of child nutrition programs, no child will be discriminated against because of race, color, age, sex, handicap, or national origin. Any person who believes that he or she has been discriminated against in any USDA related activity should write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. 20250.”
