    Applying to Minnesota State University Moorhead as a PSEO student is easy. You can submit your application online or by mail.

    Your admission will be reviewed as soon as the following materials have been received in the Office of Admissions:

    • Complete the online application or send the paper application to the Office of Admissions at MSUM.
    • Request official high school transcripts to be sent to the Office of Admissions at MSUM.  These must indicate your course work and class rank, and national test results (ACT, SAT, PSAT or PLAN).
    • Submit a PSEO Notice of Student Registration form to the Office of Admissions at MSUM.

    Please keep in mind that PSEO program registration is conducted on a space-available basis after all regularly admitted students have been registered. The application deadline for spring semester PSEO students is December 15, the fall semester deadline is August 1. PSEO students are not eligible to participate in Tri-College and are not eligible for financial aid.
