for Annual Meeting/Induction Ceremony:

be held November 8, 2003 at the NDSU Alumni Center Atrium from 3-5 pm

Suggestion
for Marjorie M., Donna Heald, or Polly Kloster to emcee the ceremony – Marjorie
will ask people and finalize

Powerpoint
to be integrated with induction script

Plan
to start with dessert and then start program

Counselors
to introduce inductees from each host school and give brief bio

Will
add a recognition of recent Xi-Kappa member accomplishments – e-mail to be sent
out to get input, Becky A. will present the recognition at the ceremony

Proposed
bylaw changes to be announced and voted on (see attachment)
