Corrections to the 4th edition
1. Fig 6.3 should say incisive foramen
2. The thoracic vertebrae have demifacets (3rd ed) where the ribs join. In
the 4th edition these are called costal facets. Either is acceptable.
3. Internal and external auditory meatus = int/ext acoustic meatus. Either
auditory or acoustic is acceptable.
4. Tibia: the anterior crest (3rd ed) = anterior margin (4th ed). Either is
acceptable..
