Radius, ulna: antebranchial interosseus membrane and attachment surfaces
Rib: interarticular crest, costal groove
Sacrum: sacral tuberosity, lateral sacral crest
Innominate/Os coxae: arcuate line, iliopectineal line, anterior/posterior/inferior gluteal lines
Femur: gluteal tuberostiy, lateral/medial supercondylar ridges, intertrochanteric line and crest
Tibia, fibula: crural interosseus membrane, interosseus borders, pectineal line
Scapula: subscapular fossa

Corrections to the 4th edition
1. Fig 6.3 should say incisive foramen
2.
The thoracic vertebrae have demifacets (3rd ed) where the ribs join. In the 4th edition these are called costal facets. Either is acceptable.
3. Internal and external auditory meatus = int/ext acoustic meatus. Either auditory or acoustic is acceptable.
4. Tibia: the anterior crest (3rd ed) = anterior margin (4th ed). Either is acceptable..
