Indicate the general problem for the study and the target subjects for your investigation. Then list a number of specific questions (related to the research problem) that you want answered. Finally design a short but well crafted questionnaire that will provide the answers to your questions.
You should create a word processing document for the assignment. As you did for previous assignments, at the top of the page, on the first line record the following: Ed 603, Lesson 10 Assignment.
