Teams meet at least once monthly.

Each team is composed of faculty, staff, and students and each team includes at least 2 representatives from 2 other campus teams.

Each team contains diverse racial/ethnic representation.

One co-chair of each team is a person of color and co-chairs should have participated in an anti-racism training.
