DOG SEES GOD: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead

(Regional Premiere)

Revisit the ‘Peanuts’ gang a decade later. After the death of his dog, CB turns to his friends to find closure about what happens after death. You’ll get a twisted insight into the adolescence of one of America’s most loved comic strip characters.

WONDERLAND

MSUM’s fall children’s theatre production uses familiar characters and settings from Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. However, for the three American school children who find themselves lost and in trouble, the adventure is all new.

Compleat Female Stage Beauty

(Regional Premiere)

In 1661 the most famous portrayer of females on the London stage was Kynaston. Like every other player permitted to enact such roles, Kynaston was a man. But when an unknown named Margaret Hughes plays Desdemona one night at an illegal theater, the ever-game King Charles II changes the law to allow women to act. Kynaston’s world is turned upside-down, until fate gives him a chance to take the stage again.

The MSUM Theatres are both located in the Center for the Arts on the Minnesota State University Moorhead campus. Parking is available off 9th Avenue South, between 11th Street South and 14th Street South, in Moorhead in lots A or C.
