Pre-Architecture
The Pre-Architecture program is a cooperative program with the Department of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at NDSU (North Dakota State University, Fargo). Students enrolling at MSUM take their liberal studies classes (English, Psychology, Math, Art, etc.) at MSUM, and their Architecture classes at NDSU using the Tri-College agreement. Some students start at MSUM for the smaller classes and personal attention offered in those critical foundation classes. For other with Minnesota financial aid or South Dakota reciprocity, Pre-Architecture provides and opportunity to start the programs at a Minnesota school. Students committed to Dragon athletics can play three and sometimes four years of eligibility before transferring, depending on their plan of study. They should work closely with teir advisor to assure eligibility and transfer compliance.
