Earn College Credit and Work Experience At the Same Time

Internships in a capsule:

• Experience is one of the best ways to enhance your employability.

• Internships are required

• You will work with your advisor to seek out your intern position and to establish number of credits earned. 

• A summer internship in your junior year is the most common, however depending on employer needs and your completed coursework; your internships may be taken at any time.

• Internships may be full-time or part-time employment with the length and hours worked dependent in each situation.

• Paid internships are a departmental requirement for credit to be earned.
