The mission of the Office of Campus Sustainability is to exist as the campus hub for environmental sustainability. Its goal is to raise awareness about environmental impact of our institution, including efforts to lessen that impact. It aims to foster the wise use of resources while enriching the student experience along the way. The Office brings sustainability down to earth in a way that gives each student, faculty, and staff member the opportunity to leave our campus cleaner than we found it.  Additionally, the OCS would like to express appreciation for all of the sustainable efforts made around campus by both students and staff.  We would also like to recognize Jeff Goebel for his exemplary improvements around campus to help reduce energy waste and improve efficiency while increasing sustainability here at MSUM.
