Student Senate

Senate Committees

Senate has six committees and three ad-hoc committee. This is where a lot of the work senate does get done. There are the following committees:

Senate Committees
Campus Affairs	Tries to fix any problems that students may have.
Committee on Committees	Appoints students to university committees.
Legislative Internal	Tries to get students out to vote; approve student org's constitutions; looks at any senate matters.
Marketing	Gets the word out on all Senate activities and events.
Tuition Fees & Oversight	Looks over all tuition and fees proposals.
Diversity	Monitors diversity matters.
