Mission

The mission of the Student Affairs division is to improve the quality of life for those who live, work and learn at MSU Moorhead.  Our goals and objectives are to:

• Promote student learning, success and achievement through educational and extracurricular programming.

• Advocate students’ interests and needs.

• Recruit students and champion retention efforts.

• Enhance students’ emotional, intellectual, vocational, physical and spiritual development.

• Provide an environment that celebrates and promotes diversity.

• Provide quality and responsive student services.

• Provide and model creative leadership through programming, training, problem solving and university involvement.

• Operate programs and facilities with fiscal integrity.
