Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Cambridge (ARCC) and Century College, White Bear Lake (CC,) have formed partnerships with MSU Moorhead! 2+2 Programs are now in place resulting in a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Emotional / Behavior Disorders. ARCC and CC candidates can complete an associate’s degree and transfer smoothly into the MSUM bachelor’s degree program, but complete program requirements on the community college campus! This is a special opportunity for the northern Twin Cities communities as it allows them to conveniently complete a 4 year degree near home.

(Individuals who are not completing an associate’s degree at either of the two sites may still complete (a) a bachelor’s degree in special education, or (b) only courses leading the MN licensure in special education: EBD. See “Non-2+2 Candidates” for more information.)
