| Anthony Altobelli graduated from Josef's
School of Hair Design in 1961. His uncle, Josef Olivieri,
ran this salon when it was named "Josef's House of
Beauty". Anthony purchased the salon and renamed it
"Anthony Altobelli Hairstyling" in 1979. Anthony's
daughter Angie followed in her father's footsteps by also graduating
from Josef's. She stays close to her dad while working side by
side at his salon. Keeping family members close at hand,
Anthony hired his cousin Marcia Olivieri-Hough's daughter Jacquie,
another graduate from Josef's, as one of his
hairstylists. |
Anthony's brother Rocco Altobelli graduated from Josef's
in 1964. Rocco branched out of the Red River Valley and set up
businesses in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. He has salons in
Burnsville, Edina, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Rochester, Roseville, St. Paul
and Woodbury.
