The Parking Division provides valuable services to ensure the integrity of the parking permit system at Minnesota State University Moorhead; we encourage people to be aware of and to abide by the traffic and parking regulations. Failure to follow these rules and regulations will result in a parking citation being issued. Parking regulations are enforced twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Parking Division offers a jump-start service to the parking permit holders of the university. We are authorized to provide permit holders with one jump-start per academic year if are parked on university property. Contact Security Dispatch at 21477-2449, or the Parking Office at 218-477-2675 to request a jump-start.

Auto-Boot
If you receive an auto-boot in one of the campus parking lots, you should contact the MSUM Parking Office at 218-477-2675 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. After hours, contact Security Dispatch at 218-477-2449. Auto-Boots are applied for various offenses, the most common being outstanding citations.
