School of Business Scholarship Opportunities

The School of Business offers several excellent scholarships for students who have declared Accounting, Business Administration or Finance majors. Students who meet the criteria below with a complete application will be considered for a scholarship.

 Accounting Criteria:

1. You have officially declared an accounting major.
2. You have completed 60 semester hours prior to spring semester with an overall MSUM GPA of at least 3.40.
3. You have completed at least 3 semester hours of a MSUM accounting course numbered 330 and above with a minimum GPA for these courses of 3.00.
4. You will enroll for at least 6 semester hours during academic year 2012 – 2013 at MSUM to complete your degree or work toward the 150 semester-hour requirements.

 Business Administration Criteria:

1. You have officially declared a Business Administration major which includes emphasis in Management, Marketing or International Business.
2. You have completed 60 semester hours prior to spring semester with an overall MSUM GPA of at least 3.40.
3. You have completed at least 6 semester hours of a MSUM Business Administration courses beyond the principles course (Mgmt 370 & Mgmt 380 do not apply) with a minimum GPA in these courses of 3.0.
4. You will enroll for at least 6 semester hours during academic year 2012-2013 at MSUM to complete your degree.

 Finance Criteria:

1. You have officially declared a Finance major.
2. You have completed 60 semester hours prior to spring semester with an overall MSUM GPA of at least 3.40.
3. You have completed at least 6 semester hours of a MSUM Business Administration courses beyond the principles course with a minimum GPA in these courses of 3.0.
4. You will enroll for at least 6 semester hours during academic year 2012-2013 at MSUM to complete your degree.
